CMAC Techno Foundation implements a structured, field-based skill development model to address the shortage of trained local manpower, particularly relevant in regions like Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where industries such as mechanical fabrication, electrical assembly, welding, and manufacturing are growing and require a consistent supply of technically skilled local workers.
To bridge this gap, CMAC’s model is designed to integrate support from a range of institutional and operational stakeholders. These entities can partner with the Foundation based on their role in the workforce ecosystem, sectoral focus, or regional presence.
1. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs):
MSMEs in manufacturing, industrial services, and local supply chains often face high turnover and skill gaps due to migration and lack of local training facilities. By working with CMAC, these enterprises can access job-ready work forces trained in relevant trades, improved operational continuity and reduced recruitment costs.
2. Corporate CSR Divisions:
Corporates with mandates in skill development, employability, and rural livelihood can support region-specific training programs with us. CMAC offers a delivery platform for such companies to contribute to measurable workforce development outcomes under their CSR obligations along with Govt. Certification.
3. Industry Associations and Sector Bodies:
Associations representing specific industrial sectors can engage with CMAC to ensure that training content remains current and aligned with industry expectations. They can also facilitate site visits, short-term internships, and skill assessments.
