Carrer Opportunities for Students and Fresh Graduates

CMAC Techno Foundation provides opportunities for young individuals who are passionate about grassroot development, vocational training and job at Manufacturing segment. Students and recent graduates from diverse academic and technical backgrounds can begin their Carrers by joining CMAC’s field and training operations.

Who is Eligible

CMAC welcomes applications from the following categories of general candidates:

  • ITI Certificate Holders in mechanical, electrical, or fabrication-related trades
  • Diploma Holders (Polytechnic or Technical Diploma) in engineering or applied sciences
  • Engineering Graduates (B.E./B.Tech) from disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, civil, production, or related fields
  • General Graduates (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., etc.) interested in training coordination, field outreach, or back-office operations
  • Class 12 or 10+2 Pass Students for learning and earning at the same time to initiate their career early.

No prior association with CMAC training programs is required. However, prior experience or interest in vocational education, industrial training and experience will be given preferences.

  • A recognized educational qualification as listed above
  • Strong communication skills in local language and/or English/Hindi
  • Willingness to work and travel.
  • Openness to field assignments, mobilization tasks, or program support functions
  • Responsible work ethic and ability to collaborate with teams
